I know cilantro can be polarizing, but I happen to love it! The more cilantro the better.
As I was looking over the recipes I've posted on my blog over the years, I realized that a lot of them feature cilantro. So I decided to create a post to share my favorite cilantro recipes. These recipes use cilantro as an optional ingredient, so if you have someone in your family who's not a cilantro fan, you can still enjoy these dishes together.

8 Awesome Recipes for Cilantro Lovers
1. Chicken Chile Verde Stew
This recipe has cilantro pureed into the sauce, and also uses it as a garnish. I love to add a heaping handful of cilantro to the finished product when serving, along with a nice handful of shredded cheese.

2. Fish Tacos
A fish taco just isn't a fish taco without cilantro (in my opinion). These mahi mahi tacos get their bright flavor from cilantro combined with a crunchy herb slaw.

3. Chicken Satay Flatbread
You might not typically associate cilantro with Thai food, but the herb works so well in this dish. It's a perfect counterbalance to the peanutty dressing and chicken.

4. Asian Tuna Salad
If you're looking for a way to use leftover cilantro, try making this Asian Tuna Salad. You can store it in the fridge for lunch or a snack, and add as much cilantro as you want. The spice in this tuna salad is unexpected and addicting.

5. Spicy Cucumber Salad

6. Grilled Avocados with Toppings
If you love lots of cilantro in your guacamole like I do, then you'll also love it on top of grilled avocados.

7. Slow Cooker Mexican Pork
The combination of cilantro with Mexican pork is one of my favorites because the flavors complement each other so nicely.

8. BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza
You can top this pizza with handfuls of cilantro after it's cooked.
