What is in Poultry Seasoning?

I used poultry seasoning in this recipe, which is a combination of dried basil, rosemary, sage, marjoram, thyme and oregano.

You can get some on Amazon, but even if you don't have poultry seasoning on hand, you can easily swap in any combination of these herbs, or even just one of them, and it will still turn out great!

DIjon Mustard as a base spice for pork chops? Absolutely! I'm astonished I didn't think of it myself. The mustard gives the pork and breadcrumbs a great taste, tangy but not spicy hot. The problem I've had with pork in the past is that it dries out so easily, but these baked chops were very moist and flavourful. At first, (as always) the recipe seemed a bit "busy" but now that I've completed the entire thing and enjoyed the result, I'm sure to whip them up again and again. Thanks!

We absolutely love these. We ditch the Salt and use lower sodium spices. We used a Cranberry Mustard as well and it was amazing

Would this work with 1/2 inch bone-in pork chops?

You might need to increase the cook time just a bit for bone-in. I prefer boneless, but let me know how you like these with bone-in pork chops.

375 is not even close to hot enough to do anything but have some soggy breading turn it up to 425 And maybe it'll work. L RECIPE.

Feel free to adjust to your preferences, but just know that the recipe calls for putting the breading only on top of the pork chops, so they definitely wouldn't come out soggy. I am afraid the toasted breading would actually burn at 425F before the pork chops cook all the way through. But everyone's oven is different, so let me know if you give the higher temperature a try.
